Time at the house is coordinated directly with us. We keep it simple and personal on purpose.

We typically ask for a minimum visit of three nights. It gives friends and family time to settle in, exhale, and truly enjoy the house and the lake. Visits are scheduled by phone or email, and familiar names on the calendar are always welcome.

Some seasons fill faster than others. Summer lake days, fall color weekends, and winter ski trips are especially popular. Availability is shared, so checking in early helps ensure your dates line up.

Arrival is easy and relaxed. The home has keyless entry, and each visit receives a unique access code that will be sent ahead of time by text or email. There is no formal check-in or hurried departure. The goal is for your time here to feel unstructured and calm from the moment you arrive.

We do ask that the home remain smoke-free and pet-free so everyone can enjoy it comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and full of wildlife, especially deer, so slow driving is always appreciated.
